Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data PPTX Export — Figma to Editable PowerPoint (the "Plugin") and this website handle. The short version: very little, and never your designs.

1. Your designs stay in Figma

Conversion happens entirely on your machine, inside Figma. The Plugin does not upload your designs, frames, text, images or fonts to any server of ours. There is no backend that receives your content — the .pptx file is generated locally and downloaded directly by you.

2. What the Plugin stores

The Plugin keeps a small amount of technical data locally in Figma's plugin storage on your machine:

Your export counter and preferences stay in Figma. When you activate or use Pro, the Plugin sends your license key to our licensing service to check its paid subscription period. It does not send your designs, file names or Figma account identifier. Our server necessarily receives technical connection data such as your IP address.

3. This website

This website shows no ads. Our usage analytics use browser session storage rather than cookies. Paddle processes checkout data under its own privacy policy.

We use PostHog (EU-hosted) for anonymous usage statistics, so we can see which pages are visited and whether the checkout works. It records page views and a few named actions — clicking "Install", opening the pricing page, opening, closing or completing the checkout — together with standard technical data (browser, device type, referring site, approximate country derived from your IP address). It does not record your email, payment details, keystrokes or session replays, and it builds no profile of you: the random visitor id lives only in your browser tab's session storage and is gone when you close the tab.

On the pricing page we also load Paddle.js, which opens secure checkout and integrates Paddle's payment recovery service (see §4). Analytics covers this website only. The Plugin connects only to our Pro license validation endpoint.

4. Purchases

When you buy Pro, the purchase is processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes the data needed to complete the transaction (such as your email address, payment details and billing country, including for tax purposes) under its own Privacy Policy. We receive from Paddle the information needed to deliver and support your license — typically your email address and order details. We never see or store your full payment card details.

To deliver Pro, our licensing service stores license keys, Paddle transaction and subscription identifiers, subscription status, paid-through dates, refund markers and webhook event identifiers. A random purchase claim token stays in your browser tab's session storage; its hash is sent to Paddle and stored by our service so only that browser can retrieve the purchased key. Save the key before closing the tab. We do not store full webhook payloads or payment card details in the license database.

5. Support email

If you email us at ttrttr449@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you and to handle your order or support request, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with Paddle (to process purchases, as described above), with PostHog (anonymous website statistics, as described in §3) and where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under the GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you — in practice, that is at most your support correspondence and order-related details. Email us and we'll take care of it. For data held by Paddle, you can also contact Paddle directly.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
