Refund Policy

We want you to buy Pro only if it genuinely helps you. That's why the free plan gives you 3 full-quality exports every month — you can test everything before paying a cent.
14-day refund window
If Pro doesn't work out, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. This applies to the first purchase of a monthly or yearly subscription.
How to request a refund
- Through Paddle: purchases are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund via the link in your Paddle order receipt email or through paddle.net — Paddle handles the refund back to your original payment method.
- By email: write to ttrttr449@gmail.com from the email you used at checkout, with your order number or license key. We'll process the refund within a few business days.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date — your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge slipped past you, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll sort it out.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the plugin returns to the free plan (3 exports per month). Files you've already exported are yours to keep, always.
