Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PPTX Export — Figma to Editable PowerPoint (the "Plugin"), a software plugin for Figma, and this website. By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The Plugin converts Figma frames into PowerPoint (.pptx) files. Conversion runs locally on your machine inside Figma. The free plan includes 3 exports per calendar month; the Pro plan removes this limit for a subscription fee.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin for your own design and business work. A Pro license key is for the purchaser's use; it may not be shared publicly, resold or redistributed.

You retain all rights to the designs you export and the .pptx files the Plugin produces. We claim no ownership of your content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Payments and billing

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) and customer billing inquiries. Paddle's own Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms.

Pro is offered as a monthly ($12/month) or yearly ($69/year) subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Free plan

The free plan (3 exports per month, quota resets on the 1st of each month) is provided as-is and may be changed with reasonable notice. Failed exports do not count against the quota.

6. Third-party services

The Plugin runs inside Figma and depends on the Figma platform, which is operated by Figma, Inc. under its own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Figma, Inc. or Microsoft Corporation. "Figma" and "PowerPoint" are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Plugin and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that every design element will convert to an editable PowerPoint object; the Plugin's conversion report describes what was and wasn't converted for each export.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Plugin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including quota circumvention or license key abuse. Sections 7–10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
