Frequently asked questions
How does the license key work?
After purchase you receive a license key (format FPTX-…) by email. One key unlocks unlimited exports on your Figma account. There is no separate account, password or dashboard — the key is the whole license.
How do I activate Pro in the plugin?
Open the plugin in Figma, click Go Pro (or the "Pro" link in the plugin footer), paste your license key into the field and confirm. Unlimited exports unlock instantly — no restart needed.
What happens if I cancel?
Your Pro access runs until the end of the paid period, then the plugin simply returns to the free plan — 3 full-quality exports per month. You never lose access to the plugin or to files you've already exported.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if Pro doesn't work out, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Once checkout is live, refunds are handled through Paddle (our Merchant of Record); until then, email ttrttr449@gmail.com. See the Refund Policy.
Do I need Pro to try the plugin?
No. The free plan includes 3 exports per month at full quality — same report, same embedded fonts, no watermark, no signup. Failed exports don't count against your quota.
